Our Pickens' Place has no prototype but is as some other structures, the product of a vivid imagination. In this HO kit we provide the modeler with precision, pre-cut wooden board and bat siding and finely molded plastic doors, windows, turned porch posts, and chimney. For the roofs we offer our easy-to-apply Profile Shingles.

This kit was introduced by Campbell Scale Models back in March 1975.

Easy-to-follow instructions and full-sized template drawings with exploded views make this kit a cinch for the experienced modeler or novice.
