Two buildings combined as one but that may be used separately are of all wood precision-milled vertical random-grooved siding. An upstairs office on the far side of the structure is reached by an open stairway. The flooring is of wood gang-planked material. The under-supports for the over-the-water portion of the building are all wood beams, joists and legs with 45 degree bracing. Included are footings for under each leg to be painted as concrete piers and set in water.

Not included in this kit but a perfect addition are a few Campbell Scale Models Rowboat with Oars and Locks (#1600). Place a few rowboats in the workshop and one outside to create the look of a true boat shop.

Distinctly molded plastic windows, doors, chimney, pulley and sign bracket are included in this waterfront kit. Profile shingles are provided for the roofing and our corrugated aluminum to be used for any necessary "roof patching."
