The Iowa School House was originally built by a group of Iowa farmers who settled in central Kansas, near Beloit in 1879. We have reproduced this school with accuracy and authenticity in every detail from the molded plastic doors, windows, bell, attic vent and chimney to the belfry, siding, teeter-totter and swings on the playground. The roof is our famous Profile Shingles. Also included is material to build a double outhouse for both Boys and Girls. This craftsman kit consists of scale lumber (sugar pine), realistic roof shingles, printed card stock, and inject-molded plastic windows and doors. All material is ready to be painted and weatherized. Complete instructions are included.
